Kelly Gallaher

Hello! My name is Mrs. Kelly Gallaher, and I’m so excited to be your child’s 4th-grade reading and writing teacher this year! I have a deep love for books, words, and helping students grow as confident readers and creative writers.

In our classroom, we focus on building strong reading skills through fun and engaging texts—from exciting chapter books to thought-provoking nonfiction. We also explore writing in many forms. My goal is to help every student find their voice, build their confidence, and develop a lifelong love of reading and writing.

I believe in creating a warm, supportive classroom where every student feels safe to take risks, ask questions, and express their ideas. When we work together—students, families, and teachers—we can help our learners thrive.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading (of course!), spending time with my family, working out, and exploring nature.
